Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) Workshop
This 2-Day workshop is designed for dancers at all levels who want to elevate their technique and refine their movement skills through the innovative Progressing Ballet Technique known as PBT. PBT is a dynamic body-conditioning program that targets muscle memory and builds strength in the muscles necessary for perfect alignment and posture across all forms of dance.
